Please do not return items without first contacting us for authorization. Within 3 days of receipt,
send us an email at customer-service@babyshowers-online.com. All items must be in good condition and unopened.
After we send an email to you authorizing the return, repack the items you need to return in their original packaging with
the packing slip. For your security, please return your package with an insured courier (ex: FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Baby
Showers Online is not resposible for items damaged or lost in transit. Goods damaged during transit are the responsibility of the carrier, but we'll
be happy to assist you in filing a claim. Please retain the original packing materials as these may be required for inspection by the carrier's
claims agent.
All authorized returns for reasons other than defect or our error will be credited less the transportation
charges and a 15% restocking fee.
Cancellations
Order cancellations made after the order has been electronically submitted will be subject to a 15% handling fee.
